A woman shared the “crazy” moment her date Hinge “stalked” her in the middle of the night after only one date.
YouTuber Tana Mongeau, who has more than 5.3 million subscribers on the platform, thought the man she had matched up with on the dating app was a “super hot guy.”
But after just one meeting, the 25-year-old said he immediately pestered her for a second date, even though she told him she was working.
“I had just gone out with him on a date the night before and the next day he said, ‘I’d love to see you tonight,’” Mongeau recalled on a recent episode of his podcast, Cancelledto his co-host Brooke Schofield.

“I was like, ‘Okay, I have this event. I’ll let you know what I’m up to afterwards. We can hang out, maybe. If not, I’ll let you know. And then he says, ‘Can I go with you?’
“I find it very strange that when you go on a date with someone, he invites himself… that’s a bold question. I would not do it.
Mongeau later said that she tried to make plans with him after his event.

“I don’t want to babysit this man all night. I want to be able to do my thing. So I’m like, ‘I don’t know… See you later.’ And he says, ‘Why not? I can also talk to people. He is 34 years old, he seems a bit strange to me, you know? I thought, ‘Maybe he’ll see you later,’” he said.
“So he’s texting me and he’s like, ‘What are you doing?’ I’m like, ‘Oh, I’m still hanging out with my friends.
“I tell him, ‘I know it’s 1:15 a.m., it’s a little late, but if you wanted to watch a movie later or hang out, I could come downstairs, but I’ll be here.’
“It’s like, ‘Okay. I’m tired, but I’m going to see a movie in a while if you finish soon.’ And I’m like, ‘Okay, perfect.’
“And he says, ‘Where are you?’ I reply because it’s just conversational. So I was like, ‘Oh, I’m in this nightclub just vibed with my friends.’ I’ll tell you when I’m done.’”
Within five minutes, Mongeau said she received another text from the man, this one begging her to come out and “get in my car.”
“Crazy. I’m like, ‘Didn’t I just tell you? I’m with my friends, I’m having fun. Who said pick me up?'” he said.
“I think that’s so crazy. If he’s like your boyfriend, that’s fine, or even if we’ve been dating for a month. But we went on a date the day before? Why the hell are you outside? Don’t be outside. Don’t be that guy.”
