Mother and boyfriend charged after their two sons escape Milwaukee ‘horror’ house

A Milwaukee mother and her boyfriend are facing multiple felony charges for allegedly imprisoning their two sons in the family home for two years.

Katie Koch, 34, and Joel Manke, 38, appeared in court on charges of child neglect and false imprisonment.
