Meghan Trainor’s “Lips Are Movin” about her sex life.
The singer told listeners of the “Workin’ On It” podcast last week that sex is so “painful” with her “big boy” husband, Daryl Sabara, that she “can’t walk” afterwards.
The 29-year-old Grammy winner admitted she wishes she could make the “Spy Kids” star smaller.
“[It’s] to the point where I’m like ‘Is it all in?’ and he says, ‘Just the tip,’” Trainor explained. “And I’m like, ‘I can’t do anymore.’ I don’t know how to fix that.”
The composer has been diagnosed with vaginismus, which is defined as the involuntary tightening of the vagina.
After welcoming their son Riley, now 2, in February 2021, Trainor “took so long to even consider having sex” with the actor to conceive the second baby.
When they got intimate after a year, the “Australian Idol” judge, who is now pregnant with another child, felt “stingy” and “burned out”.
She recalled, “As he was penetrating, I was like, ‘Ouch, ow, ow,’ to the point where … I had to ice myself afterwards.”

Despite trying “every angle,” Trainor said that “each [has been] worse than the other” and rejected the idea of his guest Trisha Paytas to climb to the top.
“I’m like ‘Please don’t, for a lot of reasons.’ I’m like, ‘Don’t look at me. I don’t like this. This hurts so much more,’” said the American Music Award nominee, calling the position a “nightmare.”
Trainor wants to eventually “be a sex star” one day and has even tried transcendental meditation to help with her pain, but she “always” falls asleep.
She and Sabara began dating in 2016 after meeting two years earlier, and he got down on one knee in 2017. The couple married the following year.
The couple made headlines for their sex life in 2019 when they visited an erotic shop, though Trainor later clarified via TikTok that the purchases were “for a friend.”
