Before the conscious uncoupling, there was a conscious coupling.
Gwyneth Paltrow has dated a host of celebrities, from actors like Brad Pitt and Ben Affleck to musicians like Chris Martin.
The twice-married mother of two recently made headlines and is spilling some NSFW details about Affleck and Pitt’s bedroom skills.
“Ben was technically excellent,” the Goop founder said of the “Gone Girl” star.
Meanwhile, Brad was “major chemistry, love of your life, kind [of hookup]”, revealed.

Robert Sean Leonard
Paltrow dated “Dead Poets Society” actor Robert Sean Leonard for a short time in the early ’90s.
A few years later, Leonard told The Post that their split was “the funniest breakup I’ve ever had.”
“We were at her apartment, we thought we shouldn’t see each other anymore, and within five minutes she was saying, ‘You know who you’d like? I have this friend,’” she told us in 1998.
“Gwyneth is a little old, but she’s a great, great friend.”
The actress dated actor Donovan Leitch until 1995.
The former couple reunited 20 years later at a Los Angeles Dodgers game in September 2013, where they were seen kissing on the lips.
The following year, the actor told the Daily Mail that the kiss was simply platonic.
“I was saying goodbye to her. He was purely innocent. We were sitting in the owner’s box in front of 30,000 people with her two children next to us. That’s not exactly the setting for a secret relationship,” she explained, noting that they had “always been close” even though their romance ended “eons ago”.
Paltrow moved on with another actor after Leitch: Brad Pitt.
The “Shakespeare in Love” star met the Hollywood heavyweight on the set of his 1995 film, “Se7en,” and they became engaged in 1996.
However, they called it quits in 1997.
“I think he was a kid and he wasn’t ready. He was too good for me,” Paltrow said during a January 2015 interview on “The Howard Stern Show.” “Honestly, I think he was too young and didn’t know what he was doing.”
There seems to be no bad blood between the pair, as they met in June 2022 when Paltrow interviewed the “Fight Club” actor for her website, Goop.
Pitt told his ex-fiancée that he loved having her “as a friend now.”
“I love you,” he said, to which Paltrow replied, “I love you so much.”
In her 2023 “Call Her Daddy” interview, Paltrow detailed her romance with Pitt saying that their sex “was like the kind of important chemistry, the love of your life, kind.” [of hookup].”
After ending her engagement with Pitt, Paltrow moved on with Affleck.
She was in an on-off relationship with the “Air” star from 1997 to 2000.
During her 2015 appearance on Howard Stern, Paltrow reflected on her romance with Affleck.
“[Ben] he was not in a good place in his life to have a girlfriend,” he said at the time.
Both have moved on in the decades since and Paltrow even congratulated the actor on finding love with Jennifer Lopez.
“LOVE!!! SO ROMANTIC!!! SO HAPPY FOR THEM,” she said on her Instagram Story in July 2022 after the couple tied the knot.
During the same 2023 “Call Her Daddy” interview, she admitted that Affleck was “technically excellent” in bed.
Paltrow was first married in 2003 after dating singer Chris Martin for less than a year.
Distraught over her father’s death, the actress reluctantly agreed to go to a Coldplay concert with friends, where she met and immediately hit it off with the rocker.
The couple welcomed daughter Apple in 2004 and son Moses in 2006. Paltrow has called their children the “true loves of [her] life.”
The family of four divided their time between London, New York and Los Angeles, often keeping their private lives out of the public eye.
However, in 2014, the couple announced that they were “consciously disassociating” after being separated for over a year.
“We, like, broke the fucking internet,” Paltrow quipped the following year during a live Q&A. “It’s such a difficult time personally and then you have this extra layer of all this criticism.”
Their divorce was finalized two years later, in 2016.
However, the exes have remained close friends, with Paltrow often gushing about how “wonderful” her ex-husband is.
Martin has been dating Dakota Johnson since 2017.
Paltrow apparently found her happily ever after with “Glee” producer Brad Falchuk.
The couple met on the set of the hit Fox series around the same time that she and Martin broke up.
Fast forward four years and the couple exchanged vows at Paltrow’s estate in East Hampton, New York.
Falchuk, who shares daughter Isabella and son Brody with ex-wife Suzanne Bukinik, and Paltrow waited nearly a year to move their blended family into one house after their wedding.
“We each have two teenage children who we love very much,” he said on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” in 2019. “We were just trying to be mindful and give them a little space and not move too fast.”
Similar to her previous marriage, Paltrow has kept most of her relationship with Falchuk private.
