Desiigner is putting her career on hold while she receives help for her mental health after allegedly exposing herself on a recent international flight.
The rapper says he had a bad chemical reaction to a new medication, leading him to act out during a flight home from Thailand and Tokyo.
“For the last few months I have not been well and I have been struggling to accept what is happening,” he wrote on his Instagram story on Thursday. “While I was abroad for a concert I performed at, I had to be admitted to a hospital, I wasn’t thinking straight.”
He continued: “They gave me medicine and I had to take a plane back home. I am ashamed of my actions that occurred on that plane. I returned to the United States and I am admitted to a center to help me.
The 25-year-old says he will cancel all his upcoming shows and obligations while he gets the help he needs.
“Mental health is real guys please pray for me,” he concluded. “If you [sic] If you don’t feel like yourself, please seek help.”

Insiders told TMZ that despite allegedly exposing himself to a flight attendant, the rapper, whose real name is Sidney Selby, will not face any criminal charges.
A representative for Desiigner did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
This is the second time the rapper has escaped jail.
In 2016, the rapper was arrested in New York for minor drug offenses and threats, but they were dropped just three months later.
At the time, police claimed the “Panda” singer also waved a gun during a road rage dispute, but he was never charged with anything gun-related.
